Sciatica, headache, and upper cervical chiropractic (listen here.)
I came into the office because I was experiencing headaches that were lasting for a long time. Sometimes a week or more. And I was also experiencing sciatic pain for years, periodically. It would come and go, and prevent me from functioning really well in my daily life.
My headaches are virtually gone. Every now and then I’ll just get a very mild headache, but nothing to the degree that I was experiencing before. And the same basically with the sciatic problems and the hip pain. I will experience a twinge of pain every now and then, but I have no problems walking, or getting up and down the stairs, and things like that, that I was feeling before.
I think the most surprising thing for me was actually being able to see in the mirror that I was misaligned. And that I could see in the mirror, after the fact, the change right away. I didn’t think that right after an adjustment be able to see a difference. That was the most astonishing to me, I think, to see my head tipping one way, and my shoulders sloping, and having that evidence of what was going on inside.
